Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Current ordering deadlines, delivery schedules, and available menu items are displayed on our website and may change from time to time without notice.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be displayed during checkout.
Payments
Payment is required at the time an order is placed.
Orders will not be prepared until payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because our meals are freshly prepared to order, all sales are final.
Orders are generally non-refundable once they have been placed.
If you receive an incorrect order or experience a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Delivery
Delivery is available only within our current service area.
Availability is determined by the delivery address entered during checkout.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, meals may be left at the delivery location designated by the customer.
Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for proper food storage transfers to the customer.
Food Safety
Meals are delivered chilled and should be refrigerated promptly upon delivery.
For the best quality, consume meals within 4–6 days of delivery unless otherwise noted.
Arch & Sons is not responsible for product quality or food safety if meals are left unrefrigerated or handled improperly after delivery.
