No. You can leave delivery instructions at checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s left safely. Meals are delivered in an insulated bag, but we recommend bringing them inside and refrigerating them shortly after delivery.
We deliver within a set window on your selected day. You’ll receive a text 24 hours before delivery, followed by a 30-minute delivery window on the day of delivery.
Please ensure your phone number is correct when placing your order.
You’ll receive a text with a photo once your order is delivered. You can include drop-off instructions at checkout or reply to the delivery text ahead of time.

Pickup is available during a scheduled window on your selected day. We’ll send you the exact details after your order is confirmed.

Meals are made fresh and never frozen.
Meals stay fresh in the fridge for several days. You can also freeze them if needed.
