ARCH TULI, FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE CHEF
Food has always been my love language. I created Arch & Sons with my two sons to help busy individuals and families enjoy flavorful, balanced meals made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. What started as cooking for friends and neighbors quickly grew into a meal delivery service serving the Tampa Bay community.
As a wellness advocate, I’m passionate about making nourishing food more accessible. I give talks on nutrition, teach cooking classes, and advocate for better food in public schools. I also work with Feeding Tampa Bay to support their mission of improving food access across our community.
Beyond meal delivery, we offer bespoke catering for intimate dinners, corporate events, and special occasions always focused on seasonal, nourishing, deeply flavorful food that brings people together.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Arch & Sons, we combine evidence-based nutrition science with the traditional healing wisdom of Ayurveda. Since 70% of our health resides in our gut, we use herbs and spices to ensure maximum digestibility and gut health.
We pride ourselves on sourcing local ingredients from some wonderful meat and produce farms and offer a variety of meals to fit different needs, including animal and plant-based options, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and seed oil–free.

We specialize in well-balanced, seasonal farm-to-table cuisine. No matter your health goals and current food routine, we can help fill the gaps.
Our meals are always created with the freshest, seasonal, organic, nutrient-dense foods. Each dish prioritizes protein, followed by complex carbs like veggies, and healthy plant-based fats. So, you can expect to hit all your macro nutrients and stay satiated.
We offer a weekly menu that rotates based on the seasons. Food is cooked fresh and delivered to your door on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Everything is ready, so all you need to do is make a plate, heat and enjoy!
