Arch Tuli, Founder & Executive Chef
Archna Tuli and her family have been in the restaurant and hospitality business for over 25 years. Her passion for healthy, clean and wholesome foods with global flavors, and a desire to help busy professionals and families eat homemade food are the inspiration behind Arch & Sons.
Arch's motto is you and your family eat what my family and I eat.

Balancing deliciousness with gut-healthy ingredients and wholesome recipes from around the world, Arch & Sons bring their passion for organic, locally sourced, gourmet meal delivery service from southern California to your doorstep in Tampa Bay.
Our Philosophy
At Arch & Sons, we combine evidence-based nutrition science with the traditional healing wisdom of Ayurveda. Since 70% of our health resides in our gut, we use herbs and spices to ensure maximum digestibility and gut health.

Our Meals
At Arch & Sons, we specialize in well-balanced, seasonal farm-to-table cuisine. No matter your health goals and current food routine, we can help fill the gaps.

Our meals are always created with the freshest, seasonal, organic, nutrient-dense foods. Each dish prioritizes protein, followed by complex carbs like veggies, and healthy plant-based fats like nuts. So, you can expect to hit all your macro nutrients and stay satiated.

We offer a weekly menu that rotates based on the seasons. There are 7 different main dishes for you to choose from, as well as an organic rice side dish. Each week, we offer a combination of two chicken dishes (breast meat only), one seafood dish (depending on what’s freshly available), two ancient grain/tofu dishes (plant protein), one seasonal mixed veggies, and one dish of lentils/legumes.

Food is cooked fresh and delivered to your door on Sundays. Everything comes packed family style, so all you need to do is make a plate, heat and enjoy!
